What type of Arc data can I sync with Xero?
Reduce time spent manually inputting and reconciling transaction data between Arc and Xero. Set up the accounting integration with Xero to sync your Arc operating accounts’ transaction data to your connected Xero account. All completed transactions including the amount, timestamp, and description will automatically appear in Xero, ready for review.
How often does the Arc sync data with Xero?
Arc automatically syncs the transaction data with Xero at 12am ET every day. It may take up to a few minutes to finish syncing historical data when you set up the integration for the first time. Once your data has synchronized with Xero, a timestamp will be recorded. If for any reason a transaction record fails to sync to Xero, the next data sync will automatically re-attempt syncing any missing records.
How do I enable the connection for the first time?
Please refer to the steps below to set up the Xero integration:
Log in to your Arc account
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Click “Add Integration” > Select “Xero”
Follow the steps to select accounts to sync with Xero, login to your Xero account and authorize the connection
How do I manage the connection?
Log in to your Arc account and navigate to Settings > Integrations to view and manage the connection. You can disconnect the accounts at any time by clicking the Settings icon and follow the steps.
