🔄 How to Update Third-Party Connections (Plaid, Finicity, etc.)

If you use third-party services that connect to your Arc Wallet or Reserve account—like Plaid or Finicity-powered apps (e.g., payroll tools, accounting software, or financial dashboards)—you’ll need to reconnect to your new account to ensure everything continues to work smoothly.

✨ What’s Changing?

We’ve migrated to a new bank partner, so your Wallet / Reserve account now has new account and routing numbers with Fifth Third Bank. To keep your third-party services up to date, you’ll need to update the account linked through those providers.

✅ Steps to Reconnect

  1. Go to the third-party platform where your Arc Wallet / Reserve account is connected (e.g., your payroll provider’s website or an app using Plaid/Finicity).

  2. Navigate to the bank account or linked accounts section.

  3. Remove or disconnect the old Arc account connection.

  4. Reconnect to Arc using Plaid or Finicity.

  5. When prompted, select the new Arc Wallet / Reserve account (associated with Fifth Third Bank).

Once reconnected, the third-party service will have access to your updated account information, and everything should resume as normal.
