Do you support USD → USD international wires?
Not at the moment.
This functionality is still being developed, and we do not currently have an estimated delivery date.
Why is my final wire amount different from what I approved?
There are two common reasons:
Exchange rate changes
Stripe only allows exchange rates to be locked for five minutes. Because Arc performs an internal review process before releasing international wires, the exchange rate may change between the time you create the payment and when it is ultimately sent.
Intermediary bank fees
Recipient banks and intermediary SWIFT banks may deduct additional fees before delivering funds to the recipient, resulting in a received amount that differs from the amount initially shown.
Why is there an additional fee?
Arc charges a flat 1% fee on the final USD amount approved for the international wire.
This fee helps offset the costs associated with processing international payments through our banking partners.
What address should I enter?
Enter the recipient's address, not the address of the recipient's bank.
The recipient address should correspond to the individual or business receiving the funds.
Additional Notes
International wire processing times may vary by destination country and banking network.
SWIFT and intermediary banks may deduct additional fees from the transferred amount.
Required beneficiary information varies by country and local banking regulations.
