Quickbooks Online Integration Setup Instructions
Log into your Arc account. You should see a new “Integrations” tab on your Settings, which lists the option to connect to Quickbooks Online.
You should be redirected to the following screen. Click on the “Click here” link, which will open up a new tab that prompts you to log into your Quickbooks Online account. Enter your company’s QBO login credentials.
Once you have logged into your QBO account, follow the setup instructions (go to “Banking” if you are in the Accounting View or “Bookeeping → Bank Transactions” if you are in the Business View. Then, click the “Link Account” button on the top right of the page).
Choose Arc Treasury from the dropdown menu.
When prompted to input credentials, Input the username and password listed on the Treasury QBO instructions page → Click “Get Credentials” at the bottom of the page. Do not enter in your individual Quickbooks login information, make sure you are entering in the information provided to you by Arc per the setup instructions page.
You should be prompted to connect all existing Arc accounts. You can also select the time period of historical transactions to sync.
Follow the QBO instructions to finish setting up your account.
(i) Select the account type for each account.
(ii) If a QBO account already exists for this account, you can map to an existing account. Otherwise, choose “Create new account.”
(iii) Click “Connect.”
(iv) Once your Arc Treasury account(s) are connected, you should be brought back to “Banking” tab. For each newly connected account, please hit “Update” on the top right corner of the page to sync all transactions.
Your Arc Cash Management accounts should then be successfully connected, and all current and future transactions should appear in Quickbooks.
