Follow the steps below to connect your Arc Cash Management accounts to QuickBooks Online (QBO):
Step 1: Navigate to the Accounting Tab in Arc
Log into your Arc account.
Navigate to the Accounting tab.
Select Connect for the account(s) you would like to integrate with QuickBooks.
Step 2: Open the QuickBooks Connection
You will be redirected to a setup screen.
Click the “Click here” link, which will open a new tab prompting you to sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Log in using your company’s QuickBooks Online credentials.
Step 3: Link Your Arc Account in QuickBooks
Once logged into QuickBooks:
If using Accounting View, navigate to Banking.
If using Business View, go to Bookkeeping → Bank Transactions.
Click Link Account in the top-right corner.
Step 4: Select Arc as Your Financial Institution
Search for and select Arc from the financial institution dropdown.
Step 5: Enter Arc Credentials
When prompted for login credentials:
Return to the Treasury QBO Instructions page in Arc.
Click Get Credentials at the bottom of the page.
Enter the username and password provided by Arc.
Important: Do not enter your personal Arc login credentials here. You must use the one time credentials generated by Arc on the setup instructions page.
Step 6: Configure Your Accounts
After signing in:
Select the Arc account(s) you want to connect.
Choose the amount of historical transaction data you would like to sync.
Then, complete the QuickBooks setup:
Select an account type for each Arc account.
If a corresponding QBO account already exists, choose Map to Existing Account.
Otherwise, select Create New Account.
Click Connect.
Step 7: Sync Your Transactions
Once connected, you will be redirected back to the Banking tab in QuickBooks.
For each newly connected account:
Click Update in the top-right corner to sync transactions.
Your Arc Cash Management accounts should now be successfully connected, and both current and future transactions will automatically sync into QuickBooks Online.
