Guide to updating your company’s bank account

  1. Contact Justworks support at (888) 534-1711 or support@justworks.com to Reset the Company Bank Account on the back end.
    Important: This action cannot be completed while payroll is processing. Support can verify whether payroll is processing or not.

  2. Kindly have the admin go to the front page of their Justworks portal where a green banner will appear at the top of the page, prompting them to update the bank account.

  3. Admin will input bank account details and submit.

  4. A penny test will be sent to the company bank account. A similar banner will appear at the top of the front page of the admin's portal, prompting them to input the amount of the penny test. This will confirm the bank account is active and valid. Please note this process may take up to 2 to 3 business days to complete.
