Obtain a Trace Number: If the payment was correctly sent, ask the sender for the 16-digit trace number for ACH transfers or the IMAD number for wire transfers. This will help in tracking the transaction.
Timelines: ACH transfers usually take 1-3 business days to settle, while wire transfers are often 1 business day. If the funds haven’t been credited within these timeframes, Arc can assist in further investigating the issue.
