Guide to Connecting Your Arc Account to Plooto

Step 1: Adding a New Bank Account

  1. Navigate to the Accounts tab on your Plooto dashboard.

  2. In the top right corner, select Add Bank Account.

Step 2: Identity Verification Before connecting a bank account, you'll need to complete a one-time identity verification.

  • You’ll be prompted to upload a picture of your photo ID using your webcam or phone. Verification will be completed within minutes.

  • If you've previously verified your identity when adding another account, this step will be skipped for future accounts.

Step 3: Connecting Your Arc Account

Once your identity has been verified, you can proceed to add your bank account. Plooto offers two methods for connecting your Arc account:

  • Instant Verification: This is available for Arc accounts. Using your online banking credentials, this process takes just a few minutes. If you have multiple accounts under the same credentials, you’ll be able to select which account to connect.

  • Manual Verification: This requires your account information from your wire details. Plooto will make a small deposit to the account with a unique 6-character PIN, which typically takes 1-2 business days to appear. Once the deposit appears, you will enter the PIN in Plooto. Additionally, you'll need to upload a bank statement or an equivalent document to verify account ownership.

Once completed, your Arc account will be ready for use!

Removing a bank account
Removing a bank account from your Plooto Account can be done in a few steps:

  1. Select the Accounts tab

  2. Find the bank account you would like to remove

  3. Select the Delete icon on the right side

  4. Select Yes to confirm the deletion
